My Story

My Home Life:

My name is Rahaman, and I live in Butogonha Village with my aunt, Nababi Zikula. I have been living with her since Primary One. I have three siblings—two brothers and one sister—and I am the second born in my late father's family.

At home, I help with various responsibilities such as fetching firewood and water from the borehole, washing utensils, doing garden work, and cleaning the house and compound.

My aunt is a peasant farmer who earns very little from her garden produce. Most of her small income goes toward meeting the family’s basic and social needs.

Because of these financial challenges, she often struggles to pay my school fees. That is why I am seeking support to continue with my education and work toward achieving my dream.
