My Story

My Home Life;

My name is Namugwano Dafa, and I am the mother of Edrine. We live in Budhembuli Village in a small one-bedroom brick house. Edrine has three brothers.

At home, Edrine helps with several responsibilities, including cooking, fetching firewood, and collecting water.

I am a housewife, and my husband works as a boda boda (motorbike) rider, transporting people around our community. He earns about 6,000 Ugandan shillings per day (approximately $1.71), which is not enough to meet our family’s basic needs. Because of this, we are seeking support to help Edrine continue his education and work toward a better future.
