Mission Trips to Uganda with Hearts & Hope
Join Hearts & Hope for Uganda on a life-changing mission trip focused on community development, relationship building, and service. Since 2011, our teams have completed more than 45 trips to empower local Ugandan communities.
Key Trip Details
- When: Offered 2–3 times annually (typically February and June, with occasional fall trips).
- Eligibility: All are welcome, whether totally new to Hearts & Hope, or long time supporters. Open to individuals age 16 and older (ages 16–17 must travel with a parent or legal guardian).
- Focus: Hands-on community service, relationship building, and cultural exchange in rural Uganda.
- Process: Discern & pray, select trip dates, submit an application, fundraise, and attend team prep meetings.
Next Trip: February 2027 and June 2027!

Ways to Get Involved:

Packet Preparation: Become a "Packet Hero" by hand-picking age- and gender-appropriate gifts and assembling personalized care packages in our packet room.

Computer & Tech Support: Help bridge the connection between sponsors and students by naming, preparing, and uploading student photos and heartfelt letters.

General Support: Lend a hand with day-to-day operations, including preparing sponsor mailings, organizing supply and donation areas, or contributing specialized talents to support the mission.
