Hearts & Hope
My Home Life: Savio lives in a one-bedroom brick house in Kamuli village with his mother and me, his stepfather, Kintu Charles. He is the firstborn and has two younger brothers. At home, Savio helps by collecting water from the well, washing utensils, and cleaning the house and compound.
Savio’s father passed away three years ago. When I married his mother, I accepted him as my own son, and together we now have two more boys.
My wife and I are both peasant farmers. We grow food mainly for home consumption and do not have a stable source of income to pay school fees or meet the family's other basic needs. I would be truly grateful if Savio were given a sponsorship opportunity, as it would ensure he continues his education without interruptions due to lack of school fees.
