My Story

My Home Life: My name is Nakilanga Sarah, and I am the Aunt of James. We live in Kiwolela village, renting a single-room brick house. James has two sisters and one brother, and his duties at home include cooking, fetching water, and washing dishes.

In 2022, James lost his mother, and I decided to take him and his siblings in because I knew my brother was unable to care for them responsibly. I work to grow food for our household and face difficulties due to the lack of a stable income. This situation makes it challenging to provide for my own children as well as James and his siblings. As a result, I am seeking educational assistance for James.
