My Story

My Home Life: I am the first-born child in my family, with one brother. We live with both of our parents, Waiswa Badilu (father) and Nakaziba Barbra (mother).

At home, I help with household responsibilities such as collecting firewood and water from the borehole, washing utensils, cleaning the house, and sweeping the compound.

My mother left home in search of work. My father is a peasant farmer who works very hard and grows crops such as maize and pinto beans. These crops are mainly used for home consumption, and only a small portion is sold.

The income earned from selling part of the harvest is meant to support our basic needs and pay school fees, but it is not enough to fully support our education. For this reason, I am seeking assistance to continue my schooling and complete my studies so that I can achieve my dreams for the future.
