My Story

My Home Life:

I am the fifth-born in my family. My brothers and sisters live with other relatives. My father’s whereabouts are unknown, and my mother is also living with relatives and has no job. I live with my paternal grandmother, Kange Alice.

At home, I help by fetching water, collecting firewood, washing dishes, and cleaning the house.

My grandmother grows some crops, including coffee and food crops such as beans, sweet potatoes, maize, and bananas, mainly for home consumption. Due to her old age, she cannot farm on a large scale, and the little money she earns is not enough to meet our needs or pay for my school fees. That is why I am seeking support to continue my education and become a productive member of society
