My Story

My Home Life:

I live in Butangala Village with my mother, Babirye Joy. I have one sister, and I am the last born in my family.

At home, I help by collecting firewood, fetching water from the borehole, washing utensils, and keeping the house and compound clean.

My mother who grows food mainly for home consumption and does not have a steady source of income. She cultivates crops such as cassava, vegetables, and maize to feed her 2 daughters, but does not have the means to pay for our school fees or other educational needs.

This is why I am seeking support to continue my education and provide a better future for my children.
