My Story

My Home Life:  My name is Shedrack, and I live in Nalwire Village with my parents. My father is Ojiambo Namisi Atonny, and my mother is Anyango Lydia. We live in a two-room grass-thatched house. I have five brothers, and I am the second born in the family.

At home, I help with many responsibilities, including doing garden work, fetching firewood, collecting water from the borehole, washing utensils, and cleaning both my house and the compound.

My parents work hard as peasant farmers, but their income can only cover some of our basic needs. I have often struggled with school fees and have been a school fees defaulter for the past two terms. That is why I am seeking support to continue my education and work toward achieving my dream.
