My Home Life: I live in Nalwire village with my parents—my father, Ouma Edwine, and my mother, Nandera Majeri. We stay in a two-room house with mud walls and an iron sheet roof. I have two brothers, and I am the second born in our family.
At home, my responsibilities include fetching firewood, collecting water from the borehole, cooking, washing utensils, and cleaning the house and compound.
My parents work hard as peasant farmers, but their income is only enough to meet some of our basic needs. I often struggle with school fees and am frequently sent home because of unpaid dues. This is why I am in need of educational support—to continue my studies and work towards achieving my dream.
