My Home Life:
I live in a two-bedroom brick house in Butangala village with my paternal grandmother, Namulondo Madina. I am the firstborn and have one younger sister. At home, my responsibilities include fetching firewood, collecting water from the well, washing utensils, and cleaning both the house and compound.
My father died of HIV when I was two years old, and my baby sister was just one. That same year, we also lost our mother. Since then, our grandmother has taken care of us.
She is a peasant farmer who grows food for home consumption and has no reliable source of income. It is difficult for her to provide for our basic needs and send us to school. That is why I am seeking educational support—to help us continue our education and build a better future.
