My Home Life: I live in Nalwire Village with my father, Onyango Gerald, in a single-room, grass-thatched house. I am the firstborn in my family. My parents are separated, and my father is now a single parent. My mother's name is Shindete Ashinash.
At home, I am responsible for fetching firewood, collecting water from the borehole, washing utensils, cleaning the house and compound, doing garden work, and cooking.
My father is a peasant farmer who earns very little from selling garden produce, most of which is spent on basic family and social needs. He sometimes does casual work to supplement his income. On days when he doesn’t return home, I stay with neighbors.
He often struggles to pay my school fees, which is why I am seeking help to continue my education and achieve my dream.
