My Story

My Home Life: I live in Kamuli village in a single room brick house with my Mother (Nabwebya Irene) and 4 sisters. My father left us when I was 5 years and got another family but he comes to check on us once in a while but does not send mom any financial support. I am a disciplined kid and respect my Mother and other elders. My responsibilities at home are washing utensils, sweeping the compound and mopping the house. Mom roasts maize on the streets in evening and makes a profit of 3,000 shillings ($.86) a day which can’t be enough to meet all the basic needs of the family hence in need of educational help.
