My Story

My Home Life: We live in Budumbula village in a one-bedroom brick house. I stay with my grandmother, Kalekwa Betty, along with my two brothers and three sisters. I lost both of my parents to HIV. Sadly, they were in denial about their condition and refused to take their medication.

I am a disciplined and respectful child. At home, I help by washing utensils, sweeping the compound, and mopping the house.

My grandmother is a retired teacher and currently has no source of income. She grows food crops such as beans, vegetables, and maize mainly for our own consumption. However, it has become increasingly difficult to meet other basic needs, including school fees. That is why we are in need of educational support to help me to continue my education and work towards a better future.
