My Story:

Emmanuel lives with his family in a mud hut of 2 rooms on a small piece of land. Emmanuel's mother works in other people's gardens by digging and earns 3000 shillings/day ($.86). She has to use this money to pay for her children's school fees and buy them basic needs like school supplies, clothes, and others. When Emmanuel is sent home for school fees, he cooks for his little siblings and takes care of them when the mother has gone to work. It has been very hard for Emmanuel's mother to pay for his school fees and take care of his basic needs as well as his siblings.
