Join me in making a profound impact on the lives of the children and families in Uganda! I have recently become a proud sponsor of Swaburah, an 8-year-old girl from Butangala village, through Hearts & Hope of Uganda. Swaburah's story, like many others in her community, is one of resilience and hope amidst great challenges.

Swaburah lives with her mother, Jessica, and her two siblings in a one-room brick house in Muguluka village. Since the tragic passing of her husband in a car accident last year, Jessica has been the sole provider for her family, working tirelessly to make ends meet by digging for others. Despite her hard work, the income is not enough to cover basic needs such as rent and essential supplies, let alone educational expenses.

To support Swaburah and other children in Uganda, I am launching a fundraiser throughout June with a goal of raising $100. Your generous contributions will support Hearts & Hope of Uganda’s vision through unrestricted gifts, providing vital support where it is most needed. This includes:

• Small Business Opportunities: Empower families like Swaburah’s by providing them with the resources to start small businesses, enabling sustainable income and self-sufficiency.
• Medical Funds: Ensure children receive the medical care they need to live healthier, happier lives.
• Education Funds: Enhance educational environments, giving children the tools and opportunities to succeed.
• Clean Water Projects: Provide communities with access to clean, safe drinking water, improving overall health and well-being.
• Trip Donations: Facilitate Hearts & Hope teams’ travel to Uganda, enabling them to develop and deepen relationships with those they serve.
